Lasagna
Lets have some Lasagna! Make it extra cheesy!
Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook ground meat with onions and garlic until browned.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
